Fisheries (Scheme of Management—Miscellaneous Fishery) Regulations 2000
under the Fisheries Act 1982
The Fisheries Act 1982 was repealed by the Fisheries Management Act 2007 on 1.12.2007. These regulations continue in force as if they were regulations for the management of the fishery made under the Fisheries Management Act 2007: see Sch 1 cl 5(1) of that Act.
