Expiry Program Information
Date of expiry: 1.9.2024 (original date of expiry, 1.9.2023, postponed under Legislative Instruments Act 1978).
The Technical and Further Education Regulations 1999 as in force immediately before the commencement of clause 2 of Schedule 1 of the TAFE SA Act 2012 continue in force as if they were made under that Act and will be taken for the purposes of Part 3A of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1978 to have been made on 1 November 2012.
