Formerly Technical and Further Education Regulations 1999.
The Technical and Further Education Regulations 1999 as in force immediately before the commencement of clause 2 of Schedule 1 of the TAFE SA Act 2012 continued in force as if they were made under that Act and were taken for the purposes of Part 3A of the Legislative Instruments Act 1978 to have been made on 1 November 2012.
